All orders are custom made by our small team and currently have a 1-3 week wait time, from the purchased date.

Time frames may vary depending on whether you choose Express or Standard shipping.

We are not responsible for delays due to Australia Post.

Returns & Refunds

  All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, sizing issues, vehicle fitment, color preference, or any other reason.

  Refunds are only considered if the item arrives damaged during shipping. As all products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, finish, or color are normal and do not constitute damage or defects.
  
• 
  To be eligible for a refund due to damage, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the item and original packaging. No refund or resolution will be issued without sufficient proof.
  
• 
  Items that have been installed, used, altered, or show any signs of wear are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
  
• 
  Color differences are not grounds for a return or refund. Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the items.
  

Exchanges

• 
  Exchanges are offered only for color changes, subject to approval.
  
• 
  Additional fees apply and vary depending on the product design, including double-layer, triple-layer, or other custom constructions.
  
• 
  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
  

Order Cancellations

  Orders cancelled after purchase will be issued store credit only, valid for future purchases.

  No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are provided, except in cases of verified shipping damage as outlined above.
  

Shipping & Responsibility

  Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed shipping damage.

  We are not responsible for delays, damage, or losses caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over, except where proof of damage upon delivery is provided.

Each handle is constructed from a strong durable USA paracord and are made out of 100% nylon. The colour will not run or bleed as they are UV & Rot Resistant.

We have over 200 colours to choose from, allowing you to craft your own custom handles for your vehicles, lunch box, dog leash and many more project. 

All our Handles are made handmade by our small team who work tirelessly to get everyone’s orders out as soon as possible.
