All orders are handmade and custom-crafted by our small team, with a current wait time of 1-3 weeks from the purchase date. Time frames may vary depending on whether you choose Express or Standard shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
Returns:
Because our products are custom-made, returns are limited and subject to the following:
- Items must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition, returned in their original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for any item that has been installed, used, or shows signs of wear.
- Items that do not fit your vehicle cannot be returned, as product dimensions are clearly listed in each item description. Please double-check measurements before purchasing.
- When requesting a return or refund, photo proof of the product’s condition is required.
Exchanges (e.g. Color Changes):
If you wish to exchange an item, such as changing the paracord color:
- Additional fees apply, varying based on the product’s complexity (double-layer, triple-layer, or custom designs).
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs:
- Photo proof is required before we approve any exchanges.
Order Cancellations:
- Cancelled orders will be refunded as store credit for future purchases.
- Refunds to the original payment method are not available due to the custom nature of our products.
Important Notes:
- Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof. We will cover all costs to fix the issue (replacement, repair, or refund).
