Shipping:
All orders are custom made by our small team and currently have a 1-3 week wait time, from the purchased date.
Time frames may vary depending on whether you choose Express or Standard shipping.
We are not responsible for delays due to Australia Post.
Returns:
• Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items.
• Items must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for items that have been installed or show signs of wear.
• Items that do not fit your vehicle cannot be returned, as the product dimensions are clearly outlined in the item description. Please double-check measurements before purchasing.
Exchanges:
• If you wish to change the color of your paracord, additional costs will apply:
• Fees will vary depending on whether the product features double-layer, triple-layer or other designs.
Order Cancellations:
• Cancelled orders will be refunded as store credit for future purchases. Refunds in cash or back to the original payment method are not available.
